*Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Thank you for choosing to book with us! To provide the highest level of service and respect the time of both clients and therapists, the following cancellation policy applies:
To secure your appointment, a booking fee of $20 is required to confirm your appointment securely and confidentially with a credit card only via phone with owner.
Please note that this fee will be applied toward your final service total. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to keep your booking fee valid.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the booking fee of $20 which would be considered non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
We understand that emergencies happen and will review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
