Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide the highest level of service and respect the time of both clients and therapists, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $20 of the scheduled service cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
- Cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
We understand that emergencies happen and will review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
